This is the fourths time we have stayed at Ambassador Hotel in Bangkok.
Good rooms, good service and excellente food. We will be back at Ambassador next time we visit Bangkok.

Room (2594) was nice - had a good view. However, the bathroom was a bit of a letdown, because if one took a shower, the water overflowed into the rest of the bathroom. Aprat from that, no complaints - good hotel.

V. Poor or non existant customer service!
Breakfast- no where to sit -all tables uncleared. No tables set, no cups no spoons!
Will never go again.

Great location staff excellent a bit dated but absulutley immaculate ,the room was non smoking but we could smell that stale smoke smell when entering the room, possibly the previous occupant,finally some of the breakfast items were always cold especially the eggs no matter how you liked them

It was nice hotel but my room A/C was not cooling well. I informed them twice and they sent their Technicians twice but they did not solved it.
