Hotel is just ok, service is nearly poor, low on hospitality, food etc.. is over priced compared to the class of hotel. Room is good .., location is not great so eating outsite is little painful if you are with family etc..

The Hotel was very good also the food as usual was excellent. The English style pub which had live music and provided pub grub (very good steaks). Staff were very helpful

Hotel was fine with usual facilities for a large hotel. Situated a little far out to get from A to B quickly due to the traffic, however, 20 minute walk to user friendly Metro. Hotel situated on very very busy road.

Very good staff, helpfull and above thai standards in profession. It s a pity the hotel is just outside the area where the action is, but a short walk brings you to the fluid asoke, from where all is reachable within minutes by taxi.

An excellent hotel. Very nice and clean rooms. Excellent staff...very knowledgible and friendly. I plan to stay here again in the future. Getting around was fine...hotel bus to major shopping centers or attractions. Subway or underground was 10-15 minute walk with connections to the BTS Skytrain. Or low cost taxi ride....taxi to Grand Palace was about 100 baht or $2.50 US. Steven Maack BottleSafe.com

Comfortable modern facility with sleek lobby and rooms. Nicer facility than other hotels in same price range - tradeoff is slightly inconvenient location on congested street. Service was friendly and professional.

only problem was the swimming pool does not get a lot of sunshine in jan/feb when we were there but there is a sun terrace to the left of the pool reception area which gets sun all day. it is adjacant to the hot tub. super hotel but would advise upgrade to executive floor where everything was wonderful for only a small supplement.

Beautiful classy clean hotel. A taxi ride to shopping areas not bad. Will definitely choose this hotel again..The hotel rate was well worth it.
