this hotel is very well located just near the BTS station Nana. The room was pleasant and large. Service was excellent. I have got a special offer, so this reservation had a very good rate quality/price.

great place to be in Bangkok. hotel meets expectations. Expensive but very satisfying value for money: service, food, rooms, location ... would definitely come back

The hotel is very average, (the old wing) I have stayed in many Amari Hotel s this is the worst. The front desk staff was extremely unhelpful. My son dropped his mobile in the taxi we took from the airport to the hotel. At check in we tried to take help from the front desk, they were extremely unhelpful, and were focused on collecting 10 Bhatt from us for the local call we were making on our behalf. Net-net useless staff. The rooms in the old wing suck, and they wanted us to pay 1500 Bhatt per night to upgrade.

Excellent hotel,excellent location.If I were to be overly critical the superior rooms were a little dated, but the decor was in perfect order and everything worked and our room which overlooked the pool was very comfortable - this small critism is far outweighed by the excellent service, superb breakfast and friendly very efficient staff.Will definitely stay here again.P.S If you are in Pattaya,treat yourself to the Tower wing of the Amari - brilliant room, great view and they take you everywhere in a golf cart - no walking to the restaurants -fantastic.

Had a great time at the hotel. Very nice place centrally located and very close to the sky train. 10 on 10 to the hotel for services and cleanliness.
Most importantly the staff at the hotel speak English which made it easy to communicate with them and get your work done.
Over all great hotel, highly recommended

The hotel locates at Sukhumvit Road,very close to Nana skytrain station.convenient to travel around the city.its room is ok.

We arrived att 6.pm only to find that the hotel was overbooked and no room available (!!??). We were offered a room at another better hotel within the same chain, which was also actually more conveniently located for us during this stay. In the end we were happy about what we got.

The hotel is very well located.
The room and the facilites were good for the price paid through Sawadee.com.
Additonal services like internet, breakfast, laundry, etc. are very expensive. On the other hand, those services are available just outside the hotel at better prices.
