Excellent. Taxi could only drop me off on the main road and had to walk the other 100m up a side street to the hotel as the map the hotel has on their website is inaccurate - lists all the streets around it using the same name??? When arrive they give you the correct map. Just walk down the lane opposite Robinsons Bangrak with the 7eleven on the corner. Location good, 3mins walk to Robinsons Dept store and a further 3mins walk to either the BTS or adjacent river ferry. Staff friendly, room was brilliant for the price. Large suite with microwave and full size fridge. Had a small tv in the living room with only 1 English channel - star movies. Air con was freezing, maybe the control not working so half the time had it switched off. Besides the lack of tv channels and air con control, EXCELLENT and will be staying again. Also the breakfast was good if you are into eggs, toast, variety of juices and fresh coffee, most of the other offerings could be improved.

Have stayed in better hotells for same price in Bangkok. Long to Sky-Train, bad service. Had problems with AirCondition for 3 nights = no air cirkulation at all!! Last night i called reception 4 in the morning and demand better room. Will not stay at this hotell next time.

Great location-- 5 minute walk from BTS and river ferries. Interesting neighborhood with good food and services (such as massage). Hotel is ok-- one room had musty smell that would not go away (Rm 307).

Great - second time i;ve stayed. It s clean and lovely. Just amazingly great value. Polite and helpful staff. Close to Silom sky train, state tower, river etc... I will be back again and again to stay here. Got fab pool and bar on the roof so if you fancy a sunbathe and relax it s ideal.

No one of us liked the hotel at all, lots of chemicals in the pool, smells mold, the rooms did NOT looked at all like the pictures, the hotel area (silom) is very close to patpong witch is no god living, far away from town, close to no water in the shower, my wife couldnt even wash her hair because of the bad pressure. Next time I am totaly going to stay on another hotel.

The hotel staff were extremely helful and obliging. THe room was huge and very clean. Breakfast was adequate. The position close to Chao Praya and skyrail station is perfect and made it so easy to get around wherever needed.

Best hotel I have ever stayed in for this price range. Staff very helpful. Rooms very clean. Breakfast very good. Everything worked (eg electicals, room safe, bathroom, etc). Location is excellent. Quiet & safe street. Transport (taxi/skytrain, etc) very efficient from hotel. Highly recommend for families as well as singles.

I was attracted by the price of the hotel at first, however, the overallervice is more than satisfied. The room is extremely large compared to what we are seeing in most hotels. Completely satisfied!
