I spent 1 night between a late arrival and early departure to/from Bangkok airport in Floral Shire hotel. Even though I arrived very late at night & it took me ages to exit the airport (because my luggage did not arrive and I had to fill in a-lost-luggage-form) my free pickup from the hotel waited for me and welcomed me with a smile. The drive to the hotel = very quick, 5 min = max time to sleep inbetween the flights. Simple, but nice & clean room with everything you need if you have lost your luggage + free coffee and water. Nice and kind personnel.

Exactly what I wanted. Great service, great location, and clean nice rooms. The pick up and drop off service was an added bonus.

This is a good place if you need to stay a night before you go home.
Its about 10-15min from the airport. The pickup service is great. The negative is:
It s in the middle of nowhere. Airplanes leaves (feels like every 10 minutes) so the hotel gets a little (depends on how big the aircrafts are) noisy. My Suggestion is to use earplug s while sleeping. The breakfast is nothing to celebrate about, and it s the same every morning. The rooms are big and nice i think. Our air condition was very noisy. Would i stay there again? Maybe, the price was good, but not more than one night next time.

This is a great hotel at a low price. The best location for a overnight plane change. They pick you up and deliver you on time to the airport. Breakfast was well done also.

Very basic hotel, but all you need for an overnight stay before flying back home from a Thai holiday! Airport transfer very friendly and efficient, both ways. The place would be hard to find on one s own! Price unbeatable!

location ok! if you just transit in Bangkok and must flight early in the morning... only 10menit to the airport!
overall review for the hotel is VERY GOOD.. good facilities and services!!!!
i hope there is another FLORAL SHIRE RESORT in central of Bangkok!!!!! =)

Room is simple and clean. THe hotel is very close to the airport and the complmentary transfers is perfect.
For long stay is not convenient and not recommended. Only for short stay is fine. The location is not good and not reach by public transport. The restuarant has very limited menu. Breakfast is not satisfied.
I stayed on 21 July 2009, The hotel is under renovation therefore it s not nice environment.

The hotel is about 15 minutes away from the aiport. Very simple rooms and not the nicest area.
The only positive surprise was the friednlieness of the reception lady.
