This hotel represents excellent value. The free shuttle service is reliable (at 2am was no problem) and the staff are very helpful. Perfect for that short stop when transiting on.

Excellent value for standard accomodation while overnighting at the airport. Friendly staff, clean A/C room, good pick-up and drop off service at airport. Breakfast is basic but okay. For an overnighter at a low price what more could you ask for.

I reserved a room the night I arrived in Bangkok and then again the end of my trip for the last 2 nights.
The staff was so friendly, especially Nat (I hope that is spelled correctly). When I flew in from Myanmar and had a little accident at the airport, I was so glad that I had reservations at Grand Pinnacle and Nat would be there. I knew I would be OK. I was traveling by myself (age 70) and I remembered Nat from my first night in Bangkok that I knew I would be in good hands and I was.
The rooms are small but clean. The staff are great! The first night I found little black bugs which did not bite but were taken care of by using OFF. The room I had before leaving Bangkok did not have black bugs.
The price is right and the staff is GREAT!

this was a great find! i only had 10 hours between flights, and this hotel was a great intemission. the two way complementry ride was great, the staff at the hotel was VERY friendly, and being able to use free wireless was a great bonus.
the room itself is simple, but was really all i needed. very recommanded for an inbetween flights stay!

We strongly recommend that when choosing this hotel to write a contact phone number, because the taxi to find yourself on this hotel can not. Rooms good, very pleasant staff, but constantly flying airplanes and street noise is prevented sleep.

Decent budget hotel with clean and spacious rooms. Some drawbacks to consider: No elevator, so if you re on floor no. 4 better have staff bring your luggage to the room :-). Curtains do NOT darken the room so for daytime use (as I did) bring eye-pads. Nice staff, hotel is close to highway to Bangkok, so easy to take taxi instead of going back to Suvarnabhumi and take taxi from there. To downtown Bangkok is cost me 230 baht, which is very acceptable. From airport is would have cost me at least 100 baht more. Staff was helpfull in getting taxi for me. Bottom line: If you fly in to Bangkok and want some sleep/ rest/ shower after a long flight, this hotel is very nice place to stay for a low price.

Very friendly and helpful staff, fluent in English. Very clean and comfortable. Quiet and convenient location. Good value for the price. Excellent shuttle service.
