Nice grand hotel, right in the middle of a commercial area (Platinum Mall at ground level, MBK and Siam Paragon nearby). It is located on a busy traffic street, but there is a BTS Skytrain station 10 minutes away walking. The hotel rooms have anything you would expect from an European 4-star and more: rooms are actually suites, with separate work/sleep areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Breakfast was diverse and fine, with a mixture of Thai/European food. The pool is open-air, next to the bar/breakfast hall. Overall experience was very good, and I would use their services again.

Have stayed at this hotel a number of times. Friendly staff, but ineffective - Safe did not work during stay despite reporting - no effort made to fix. Thai Partners accepted at check-in. Generally an upmarket hotel. A good property if you want a small bedroom with seperate [tiny] sitting room and kitchen. Only some suites have seperate shower amd are larger [insist on these]. Downside is location. nothing relevant is nearby. Skytrain is 1km away, as is Siam Square which is the real place to be. Traffic is standstill, and its a 15-20min Taxi [40Baht] ride from the hotel to Skytrain. Often its actually quicker to walk than take Taxi. Summing up - unless you need to be in this location use a hotel on the train line.

The hotel is very good shoppers as far as the location is concerned. Very good and huge area of shopping around the hotel. The only setback for me was the the Junior Suite was very small with 02 single bed. Bathroom was very small and the lighting in the room is very bad. You dont have any light on one side of the room. But overall experience was good.

Everyting (room, service, breakfast) was very good until the last day. The trip to airport was very unpleasant. You should be very attentive while ordering the taxi - try to hire taxi yourself or ask the receptionist to help you. Never ask a bell-boy :-( !!

Upon check in I found that the receptionist was both very rude to us. They was very busy that day and was not very polite even after keeping us waiting for 10minutes while they was checking our hotel voucher and booking. There was no conciege service at the hotel, so when we asked them to help out with a booking for a massage that same evening, they were very reluctant to help make the call, even though they had to charge us for the call. There was strong old damp smell in the room which was very uncomfortable at first, but when we switched up the aircon it was fine. We only stayed at the hotel for one night, but didn t feel comfortable at all. I would definetly not stay recommend that hotel to anyone.
