We had booked 2 rooms. But was upgraded to a diamond suite with no extra charge. Our request of a low floor room did work perfectly. Everything went smoothly. Internet in the room could be for free though. We had a very good stay.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen in diesem Hotel und waren mit allem sehr zufrieden.Für diesen Preis ist es wirklich ein sehr schönes Hotel im Herzen Bangkoks und absolut weiter zu empfehlen.Auch die Zimmer und der Service haben uns positiv überrascht.Unser nächster Stop in Bangkok wird uns garantiert wieder zu diesem Hotel führen.

I asked for as smoking room and because they didn t have one available, I was upgraded to a suite!!!! It s rare that smokers get such a deal these days. The location is ideal and only 5 minute walk to Nana Plaza. The breakfast was excellent and the pool was ideal. My only comment was that as I had a late flight they wanted to charge me 3000 baht for the extra time, which I declined and booked a cheap room for 500 baht locally.

Good location and good size rooms - but be careful not to take a room overlooking the entrance to the adjacent Ambassador Hotel - thumping night club music until 7am!!! Breakfast was ordinary although the service was good. I would not stay there again!

It may not be a 5 star type hotel, but you get a lot of value. Good location in relation to Skytrain. Three resturants. Friendly staff.

Excellent value for money at around 2300THB rate. Room and included Breakfast very good and very cheap wired or wireless Internet by Bangkok standards.Good location except for many street stalls and taxis in Soi making it hard to walk to Sukhumvit Road. Would stay again if get good price again.

I must payed an early arrival charge of 1,500.00 THB ! I will be in the tower 3 ( on the left of the Soi 11 ) because I have a standart room but with a king size bed, bathroom, kitchen and the air-con. The breakfast is in the tower 1. A problem to use the cable network in my room. Employees are very kind and discreet. The Grand President is near of Nana BTS station on the Sukhumvit road.

very loud birds - kept in cages by the hundreds at the backside of the hotel makes it hard to sleep....

Alright hotel .\r\nRooms good and clean .Ask about birds that make noise in the morning .\r\nGym/fitness center needs seriously upgrading . Swimming pools clean but always cold water .\r\nInternet service in rooms good , but costs 250 thbt a day .\r\nVery good breakfast at this hotel .\r\nLocation very good.2 mins to main street and Nana skytrain station .\r\nWe usually stay at this hotel when we visit Bangkok .\r\nOverall good hotel for price .
