Breakfast a little simple, but ok. Fresh juice? Will stay here again. Value for money.

Great little hotel right in one of the most desired areas in bkk. excellent staff, original interior design. not great for people with walking difficulties as there are no lifts (they gladly help you out with your luggage though)Good breakfast and ever so helpfull staff, my first choice in bangkok!

Service is not very good. The guy at the entrance likes to discuss with customers, which is good, but after you discover this is only to try to make you go to buy things at specific places ( sponsored by the government , yeah right...) The desk service is very inefficient as well. 3 employees, and it took 40 minutes to check out. The room is OK. The TV looks really nice, too bad you can only watch 6 channels. I would recommend to bring earplugs as the A/C are just outside the rooms (and not on the roof) which is very noisy. Skytrain (BTS) is approx 10 min walk, safe area. Summary: not a disaster, but too expensive for what you get.

This was a pleasant hotel to stay. Very well located and close to the sky train. The concierge I felt could have been a bit more helpful. All he was concerned about was trying to get us on tours. When we said we had made plans he wasn t interested in helping us with transport and we were left to find our own way.

Very nice hotel. Great location. Staff a bit confused (as booking confirmation via Sawadee was not received) but very, very friendly.

Heritage Baan @ Silom is such a beautiful colonial styled hotel, we only intended to stay for 2 nights. But the front reception left a positive impression & we extended another 3 nights stay there. Ms Meung & Ms Nuch were the STARs, great service. Ms Nuch was very motivated and projected very positive vibes and service attitude. Thanks Ms Meung & Ms Nuch! :) Small Issue: When I first arrived, guests in Rm 303 asked that their room be sprayed with insect repellent. Initially, I thought that was strange, until I was bitten by mosquitoes too. I highlighted & requested for the insect repellent sprayed in my room at 306. Housekeeping standard has not been very consistent, especially after 2 days. I noticed that the housekeeping standard dropped as we stayed longer.

Nice boutique hotel located in quiet area on Silom. It s about a 7 minute walk to nearest Surasek BTS station. The decor is very modern and free internet with their own restaurant. I cannot comment on the restaurant as I did not eat there, but the decor is very chic and modern. As for the room, it s large with hardwood floors (a big plus in my world). However, the sink was designed with a flaw. The faucet where the water comes out basically touches the sink, leaving little room for your hands. the bathroom seemed like a rush job, with floor tiling looking old compared to rest of rooms and a big hole in one of the corners. little details could make a big difference for some. overall, it s a bit expensive for its value, but if you want to be close to the river on the quiet side of Silom, this is worth it. Staff is friendly.
