This hotel was the best hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. It

I have staid in many hotels all over Bangkok, for business and holyday
reason, but never has I staid in a better hotel than The Millenium
Hilton, Thai people is always very friendly, but at the Hilton they
are a little bit more friendly, the atmosphere is the best, the price
is ok, the price fore eating at the hotel is a little bit higher than
in other hotels, the room that we had was the best, it has a supreme
view, I will give the hotel 5 out of 5 stares. |

We stayed there for 2 nights at 9th floor. Nice and clean, great bed!
Super friendly and professional staff. Boring pool area, a nice beach
bar would have been nice. Poor isolation, we heard lot s of construction
noise, boats and dogs barking, even on floor 9! Same with all the
rooms doors, they could only be closed shut with force, which made
the whole corridor hear when you came and went. Woke up several times
coz of that. Nice restaurants and sky bar (32nd floor, Jazz music
and stunning view over Bangkok, worth a visit even if you live elsewhere).
Great breakfast buffet, but amazingly overprices, 1450 Baht (tax/service
incl.) for two persons! The prices on everything (33cl water, almost
200Baht!) and the poor noise isolation, we will stay at Sheraton Royal
Orchid which lies on the other side of the river, right opposite to
Hilton. They have better prices, same luxury, their own travel service
center and much nicer pool area. |

Great new hotel with very friendly and very helpfull staff. The room
was not very large, esp. with the extra bed, but had a stunning view.
Breakfast buffet and the restaurants were excellent. Don t miss out
on the bar at the top (three sixty). The perfect place to relax with
live music and the city at your feet. |

Excellent hotel at a great price...although as it is so new the spa
has not yet been completed and expect the price to go through the
roof once it has been completed...apart from that, fantastic room,
fabulous food and drink and a wonderful location! |

Brand new as of March 2006 so it was in amazing shape. The views from
the Executive Suite were lovely and there was no obstruction in the
windows or in the view, just a lot of open sky and river flowing into
the distance. Service was also excellent. Food was okay. Swimming
pool concept is interesting but not good for someone who wants to
swim as the space for actually swimming is small and there are often
kids in there splashing about. |
