Not what it used to be and rather under-managed. On trying to extend my stay, I was told that I had to re-book through the internet - ridiculous when I am standing at the reception desk and for a so called 5 star hotel. Not sure I will go back. |

This is a reallyreally good hotel. Super service and great staff. Nice restaurants and top class gym. The location of the hotel is very good as well. You are not far away from all the good sights and shopping malls of Bangkok either by taxi or BTS. I strongly recommend this hotel!! |

great location friendly staff, loved our stay.
however there was a slight problem that they tried to give us a twin room when we had booked a double. They tried to tell us threy didnt have a double available, then they said we could swap rooms after our first night....but thats not what we booked. Eventually they found a double available (?????), so we had that......not a good start. |
