Good hotel in a very good location, very good and friendly staff. Breakfast is a wide variety for everyone in a very good quality. Poolstaff is very friendly and helpfull,we will come back.

Very nice hotel (Deluxe Room Riverside) and superb view of the river and pool area, excellent staff. Great pool area, like an oasis in Bangkok. Good breakfast buffe.
Minus: Rock hard beds, noicy AC and minibar, being a 5 star hotel, such things should be perfect. Overall, highly recommend this hotel.

On a pris deux chambres pour nous et les enfants communicantes. Géniale mais la leur sentait de temps en temps la cigarette à cause de la clim. Sinon, la nourriture n est pas bonne et hors de prix. Préférer l extérieur. Cependant le cadre est très haut de gamme et agréable. La clim est hyper froide. Sinon le service est extra. Ne surtout pas utiliser les services de la laverie hors de prix. C est sur tous les services accessoires qu il se rattrape car le prix petit déj inclu était de 120 euros pour deux chambre (50% de rabais pour celle des enfants). L hotel est excentré mais ils ont leur navette pour rejoindre la station principale. Le mieux le taximeter avec compteur, imbattable. Eviter les triporteurs.

A true oasis in an otherwise very noisy and busy city! Lies by the river and has a nice pool area, great restaurants - The waves lies by the river and has great food, thai, japanese, chinese or western, whatever you like. Gym was good. The hotel has its own river boat which takes you to the main pier in 8 minutes. From there, you can go on long tail boat trips, or take the BTS sky train to other parts of the city.

Everything worked out fine. Perfect hotel for a family---the children loved the pool. Plenty of sunbeds---not so many guests in the hotel. Wonderful breakfast. Easy and perfect situated at the river---free transfer by hotel boat to sky-train. Smooth transfer by taxi- no problem of the traffic situation- to the airport . The hotel is situated close to the highway. Good value for the money.

outstanding hotel. Rooms fantastic and big and great furnished. gigant pool. Staff so proff and sweet. Will come back. Hotel lies a bit from everything as the area a very local. But only a 4 mins boat ride to central pier, and you are in back in town. no noise..

The pizzas in the Coconut Terrace were no good. Neither the hamburgers in the pool bar. Food could be much better to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

The hotel is very conveniently located with excellent transport systems to take guests anywhere in Bangkok (and beyond) quickly and comfortably. My husband and I stayed at this hotel 11 years ago, and found it the perfect place to stay for our time in Bangkok then, and that is true today too. The hotel has been improved since then, but the work in progress did not disturb us. The staff are friendly and helpful. Every request was met with promptly and cheerfully. I will stay there again anytime I am in Bangkok.

Very clean, quiet, with helpful and efficient staff. Everything was perfect.
We had a river view from our room. It is the second time I have stayed at this hotel. I like the location, it is always cooler on the river than in the centre of town. Transport to and from the hotel is excellent by water and connections to the sky bus. Taxis are readily available too.
