The Hotel is good, great Spa, rooms are good, everything was clean, there is not much outside the hotel so you need a taxi to get to the interesting points. they do not have a big restaurant but the breakfast was really great. The service and the team are really perfect.

We only stayed overnight and can t comment on all of the facilities but the reception staff were very helpful and efficient and the room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was reasonable. The location is about 20 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel reception booked a taxi to take us back to the airport after our stay and the driver was one of the few we came across who switched the meter on so the fare was reasonable.

The hotel is the largest Spa hotel in BKK. All the spa facilities are ecellent. It is very close to the airport, one reason why we took it. I would recommend it at any time.

The hotel is fairly close to the airport which is why we stayed as we were flying out the next day. There is not much to see in the local surrounding area. The hotel itself is very nice although very quiet as it is a spa. Not much to do unless you are having a massage etc. The room was very nice and the hotel is clean and well appointed and the staff were courteous although communication was a little hard. Food in the restauarant was good quality and value for money. The massage I had was good and also value for money. Persoanlly I wouldn t stay here again as we had a 2 year old child and it is a little too quiet for him.

the place looks amazing, but the room was quite surprising... the sink is right near the bed and not in a separate room, the toilets and shower were quite bizar, doors were half closed and not fully sealed.
the location was the only advantage - 20 minutes by cab from the airport and 20 from the MBK area.

Returned to this hotel after an earlier stay. Reception service, on arrival, poor. Requested room change to one overlooking beautiful courtyard - Reception hesitant about this, at first.
Major problems with mosquitoes in the room. Requested assistance about 3.00 am, but attachment to power switch defective. Finally turned a/c down and that worked. Mosquitoes in all public areas and this needs to be addressed urgently.
This hotel is at least 13 kms from the airport - not the 1.5 kms listed on its website. The traffic flow is good to and from the hotel to the airport.
It s a big, souless hotel in an area of little interest. Its food is cheap and very good and its range of massages excellent.
We had pre-paid through Sawdee but were charged again on leaving.

Quiet with sharp contrast from the busy streets. Once inside, I wouldn t know I was in bangkok...serene atmosphere. Staff was friendly, attentive. Not many activities near bye.

This is a beautiful, cool, opulent hotel at an excellent price and within 20 mins of Bangkok airport. The spa facilities are wondrous and I use this word with exactness. There is a large, grassed courtyard with pools and trees and this exudes tranquility and quietness.
Hard to believe this oasis exists within the noise and pollution of a large city.
Good idea to have a map downloaded in Thai, for the taxi driver, as one may end up at another hotel, with a similar name, right in the middle of Bangkok, with an angry driver (not his fault as directions were given to him at the airport by taxi control).
