The location is very good, quiet and walking distance from Kohsan. The shower needs renovation.

This hotel is run by muslims, do don t expect any alcohol for dinner or bacon fro breakfast. Centrally located, close to the buzzing outdoor shopping and restaurant area of Banglamphu, and not far from Rathdaemon Ave, the great themple or the national museum. Inexpensive, although a bit slow, wireless internet connection. Breakfast unsatisfactory to a Westerner. Staff friendly and helpful. Lam and Jan-Egil wish you all a nice stay in Bangkok!

Nice well runned hotel with good facilities and perfect service. Very good location if you want to visit the Khaosan area but want to live in a more quiet place. Big well equiped rooms, maybe in need of some refreshing but still clean and nice.Reasonable price on internet, 90B/24h. The halal breakfast taste good! I am allready a returning guest at the hotel

The hotel is on a perfect location, The room is ok, and service perfect. The bathroom is a disaster, very old, and there was no warm water enough for 2 people to shower. On the balcony were 2 old wooden chairs and a old wooden table, We will not use this hotel anymore

It s hard to comment on this hotel as it was the first time that I ve stayed in Bangkok so I ll try to be objective. The hotel and rooms doesn t really look anything like the website, a bit disapointing. The entrance is located in a dodgy side alley and the standard room which I booked was very basic and had to upgrade to the next option when we were greated by a cockroach. This room was ok as we were only there for two nights. The location was ok and close to Khosan Rd. Was cheap and easy to see all the attractions (Grand Palace, Golden Mount temple, etc) via tuk-tuk. Luckily did our research about Bangkok via a very informative book (Let s Go Thailand) and they warn you of scam artists who tell you that some of the attractions are closed, these are never closed! They want you to rather spend the time that you allocated to view a temple, etc at a tailor shop where they get commissions for bringing people there and true to the book, they tried this with us. Won t easily recommend this place to anyone. I would personally spend a little more money and book into something a little better next time I m in Bangkok.

Really nice big rooms and in a good location, a couple of minutes walk to Khoa San road, but far enough away to be quiet.

Very clean & tidy. Some of the staff can speak malay very well, so does not have much problem with the communication. The prevention action to clean every hour all public area such as lift, door, and waiting room was pro-active measure to avoid H1N1.
