Pinnacle Lumpinee Hotel, Rama IV Road
It was very sad to see their behavior towards clients who have booked the rooms through websites at cheaper rates compared to at their counters.
Rooms were very very old.
Staff not pleasant.
Overall would never recommend this hotel.

The Pinnacle Lumpinee is not bad, but their standard rooms are too small and in our room the aircon wasnt working so we had to change room and the drain in the bathroom was clogged.... Good service, but I would recommend the Forum Park hotel instead. Sathorn area, starting at only 1100 for large refurbished rooms. RES24ASIA.COM was as efficient as ever.

The staff were rather un friendly and did not seem to communicate with each other. It can t be hard to smile once in awhile. The door staff were friendly but the sightseeing advisor had no advice to give and couldn t help us at all. Most times when we walked past his office he was asleep.

friendly Staff, clean Room, recommended, the Hotel is very near the Night Bazar and the Lumpinee Stadium, MRT Station 3 min walk, only the lift... ends in lobby and no in ground floor...

We stayed in this hotel for a couple of days with some friends and are glad to say that we can recommend it to all people that do not need a wheel-chair, since the liftgoing from really groundfloor is not thought for the public.
Everything else was o.k.

A well run hotel,good dining room not expensive. The more expensive room are on the higher floors and include all necessary facilities. Hotel entrance and lobby are nice. Hotel represents good value

I stayed 5 days there, I think it will be better to have free internet acces for guest that have laptop, it was 600 bath/day ! most of hotels give this service for 100 baths/day of free.

Hotel was old but renovated. Room was clean and comfortable. Air condition was enjoyable for the money paid. People are helpful and friendly. I would recommend the hotel for anyone visiting Bangkok. Nearer to the MRT station is a plus point

Good value for money. The location, close to Lumpini Park and Night Bazaar, was perfect. Breakfast was good, and the staff very profesional and fiendly.
