The hotel was very nice and clean. The rooms are big and the bed is soft. But most of the staff didnt speak English and were very rude to the guests. The don t greet or say thank you/have a good day or even smile to the guests. The travel agent didnt know their prices very well that they changed their prices everytime you asked them. They also werent very helpful. Management staff wasnt very helpful with complaints made about the services, they werent even listening.

I was impressed with the location and price of the hotel. The traditional thai welcome and handling of my reservation was great. We were in our room within minutes of arrival, the room itself was great but 2 beds was not what we needed. The pool area was great but needed some attentive staff for service, a phone service was available though. The restaraunt menu was very good, though I suggest a better outside service or dining area with some overhead fans. All in all a great stay, and thank you for delivering my left behind bag to the airport....excellent work Mr Doorman

Excellent service and good value for the money. They have a very good breakfast buffet with Western, Japanese and Thai style breakfasts. Only drawback is location--a little far from MRT and subway.

For this price absolutely great. Rooms are clean and spacious. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is OK as well.

- good service, - very good rooms, - spacious rooms, - Internet service is expensive, not included in the price, - good breakfast buffet (Thai and international food; no cheese, and no salami to put on bread).

This hotel is adequate and infinitely superior to mediocre. The room is large but drab and the toilet is small. Breakfast if good. Watch out for E..., an elderly hustler. All interesting points to Bangkok are far but taxi fares are cheap.
