Have definitely stayed in better. Woman on check in counter are bordering on the stupid, No elevator and lots of stairs.

The receptionists weren t really nice. They seem to have an attiude and it seemed that I actually paid more than I should. The first night I have to move to another room because the faucet in my room wouldn t work and then the next room I moved into was substantially smaller and one of the light wasn t working. Furthermore, the minibar was not checked before I moved in because they wanted to charge me for drinks that I didn t consume. Overall I m very disappointed and definitely would not recommend anyone to stay here!

i really wanted to like it, but the bed bugs were about 8mm long and real blood suckers. everything else was fine, they just need a good fumigation.

Room 404 the room I check in Jul10/2006 I was bother by 3 unknown bugs which inch me all the night I should tell the counter right away but it was so late. Next day I change room 104. This time I m safe. The room cleaning should have to improve more.

DON T DO IT!YOU LL BE SORRY!If I hadn t prepaid, I would have walked out immediately. As I walked to the reception area there were towels on the floor to soak up leaks from somewhere(it had not been raining)and the dirty towels remained there throughout my stay. After checking in with the always miserable Ms.Lie,I went to my room only to find out it wasn t ready. When I went back to reception, I was asked to wait even though they had other rooms available. When I finally got to my room, there were no towels in it and there was trash from the previous guests. It was my observation that the only cleaning the housekeepers performed was to change sheets and make the bed.Getting fresh toilet paper was a major ordeal I will say that the restaraunt staff were friendly even if most of the buffet was cold and inedible by 9AM.

I left after the first night because of the bed bugs. Dreadful itchy time, little sleep, my blood spots on the sheets. But that was only the start. For nine days afterwards my body was covered in giant red wheals that became infected, which was terribly uncomfortable in the April heat and humidity. Over a fortnight later, I still have the scars. At 800 baht per night, it was an overpriced rip-off and I certainly would not recommend this bug pit to others.
