Sena
Place Hotel Bangkok, Phaholyothin Road
We needed a hotel near the weekend market and this one looked (on
their map)like it would be within walking distance. It actually took
half an hour on foot, in the heat and the area is also not great.
Wouldn t stay there again. |

We were very disappointed with the Hotel. It was not luxury accommodations
as their advertising suggested. It was clean but... the common areas
were worn. The T.V. reception was poor. The ceilings were low giving
a clostrophic feeling. There was only a small window which overlooked
industrial buildings and trash. The air conditioner was noisy. The
room was threadbare and uninviting and because of that we avoided
going back to the room until late. We only stayed one night to catch
an international flight the next day but we will never go back to
this hotel. |

This was my second visit to Bangkok. Both times I stayed at Sena Place
Hotel. I find this hotel to be an exceptionally good value. The rooms
are nice and clean, the pool is very relaxing, service is exceptional,
and the restaurant and coffee shop offer very good food at reasonable
prices. Location close to the sky train as well as nearby taxis make
getting around Bangkok very easy. |

This is a wonderful and peaceful place to stay in Jaipur. They have
done a beautiful job in maintaining elegance to the building, with
murals in the dining area and old photos and mementos filling the
halls. The rooms are lovely, with wonderful old furniture, comfortable
big beds, fans and air conditioning. There are nice porches and the
roof to relax on. The staff are wonderful, taking care with detail
and dressing with elegance. Throughly enjoyable and a wonderful retreat.
