Situated in a good location. Staff were very helpfull and the tour desk in the lobby were very good. Rooms were clean and had all the main requirements, but looking a bit tired. Breakfast had a reasonable quality and variety but you had to get there early to have the full selection.

Great location for getting to public transport easily as very close to Nana Sky train, However we overpaid for what we received compared to other hotels. We had a standard room which was ok, older furnishings etc. The breakfast which was included was not the best, food items cold, items running out and not replaced halfway through service. Also, I never received messages from reception after asking if I had received any. At a push I would stay at this hotel again only if other hotels in the area around this price bracket were full hotels were full

The hotel is clean and the service is commendable except that on our second morning when we asked for poached eggs for breakfast we were told that it s not on the menu and therefore it could not be served although we explained how it could be easily done. It would be good if the water pressure for the shower was better. It is very convenient and to walk from the hotel to the Nana sky train station. All in all, my wife and I enjoyed our stay at the hotel and shopping shopping in Bangkok is fantastic.

Very nice hotel for its price. We had a room on the top floor with a superb view. The room was clean and they did change the linen and towels each day. The pool was smal but clean. Staf friendly , breakfast was good . Absolutly nothing to complaine about. We will be back.

Good Hotel in strategic position close to the BTS skytrain. Spacious clean rooms and good buffet breakfast. very nice pool. negativ point: sheets have not been changed in 3 days, towels not every day and restaurant was open only for room service.

Nice hotel in excellent location if your preferred transportation is metro or skytrain. Good value for money, at least in low season. Will use again if staying in Bangkok.

service is ok except that the room security might be a concern. Door using key to lock and unlock is not usual to guest. We tend to forget to lock door when we enter into room as this is normally auto lock in any hotel room. Last but not least, why need to charge for additional guest?
