This was our because-intercontinental-is-full option. Staff was very friendly and cordial, though at reception it was always busy. Room is rather comfortable. The biggest minus was big groups of noisy indians which made the breakfast time unpleasant and impossible.

We are completely satisfy with our stay at Amari. Everything went on well. The room is big, even the LCD TV is big, and everyhting inside is clean and neat. The staff were all very courteous, and helpful. The food at Thai 4 was fabulous as what have been said in the review. Yes, we would recommend this place to others.

A very good hotel. Luxury rooms. Great breakfeast buffet.Very good service and personnel. Good location for shopping, it s a bit far from the Skyetrain but the taxis were always available and convenient.Would like to come back..

Really a hotel for business travellers on expenses and not for families on holiday. Very expensive - charged us 800 baht each for breakfast. The lobby is lovely, the breakfast great but the rooms are standard business rooms and could be anywhere in the world.
