Sukhumvit Hotel & Resort, Sukhumvit Road, Soi 04 (Nana)
Only complaint is its very busy at the reception desk. Great 4 days
staff always cheerful and helpful. i had no complaints recommend this
hotel to anyone except snobs and people that want you to follow them
around bowing licking there shoes |

Good point: * Nice hotel * Have free tuktuk at every 30 minutes from
Hotel =) main street. * Staff are helpful & Price are reasonable.

my friend suffered bedbugs bites for 2 days at this hotel. she had
marks everywhere on her body. the management didnt lift a finger until
she complained formally. they just offered to pay for the hospital
bill. nobody apologized, no manager came to see us on the day we left...
very lousy service. |

Very friendly and very helpful staff, no complaints at all. The room
was very well worth the price, and was very clean. I will stay here
again in the future. |

The hotel, although all amenities provided does not have the personal
touch. It is not welcoming towards the guests. Once, while enquiring
about a taxi meter at the reception, the receptionist tried to misguide
me. The hotel was not at all warm. Did not feel comfortable staying.
Also located very far from Sky train station. |

Wether to book this hotel or not should depend a lot of the purposes
of your trip. We stayed at Woraburi on august 16. to 17. with my girlfriend.
The hotel staff was very polite, friendly and helpful. There is also
a deasent prized taxi service in the lobby but one should be aware
that the destination (if other than Pattaya etc.) should be defined
with extra care because the drivers are not using the GPS. The hotel
itself is situated deep in the Nana area (approximately 1,5 km in
the red light district) and therefore is not the best destination
for couples or other people who might get disturbed on such issues,
although it must be pointed out that the fact that our hotel situated
in the Nana area did not bother us that much. Also the rooms were
a bit untidy, for example the towels were more like gray than white
(and I wouldn t recommend to look under the rug in the bathtub...).
In all, with 30 euros a night there hardly is much to expect. |

The staff members are not so helpful. They are not well prepared to
work in the hospitality and service line. The rooms are in old and
lousy conditions. Towels and bedsheets are old and they make you suspect
whether they have been cleaned or not! Bathrooms are irritating. We
are not satisfied and we will not recommend this hotel to be the accommodation
for your holidays. |
