Anantara Golden Triangle- Chiang Saen
You get what you can expect of a hotel like this. Rooms were perfect with a beautifull view, nice swimming pool, friendly staff and good food. But this all has its price! For those who like or don t like, the hotel was full with western tourist, most of them on a tour.

Really nice hotel with very friendly staff! Location is perfect if u r exploring the region chiang rai and golden triangle. The Bungalows are clean and the breakfast was good too. 100% satisfied

Great hotel.Nice and clean rooms.The staff was very friendly and the view from our room was marvelous.When I go back to Chiang Rai we sure take the same hotel.
Imperial Golden Triangle Resort- Golden Triangle
Very nice hotel, great view. It is outisde the city however very nice to relax and enjoy the beautiful view on the golden triangle. Good breakfast and very nice view from the restaurant. We booked an extra night locally. We would definately go back there.
Laluna Hotel & Resort- Samambin Road
Hotel excellent, piscine impeccable, bon service et chambre standart nickel. Mais attention au bar-restaurant ou les prix sont vraiment tres(trop) cher pour une prestation quelconque.
Little Duck Hotel- Paholyothin Road
The hotel was quite run-down, water leaking out from the tiles while you bath. Rooms are not very clean and the hotel staffs do not understand english. The hotel is located quite far from town center, thus it is not very convenient. However, the breakfast was okay.
Phowadol Resort & Spa- Rim Kok Sub district
Staff where very helpfull and pleasant to deal with. Hotel rooms acceptable but not outstanding. Food just OK.
Phu Chaisai Mountain Resort & Spa- Mae Chan
The environment is excellent and very natural. The food taste really good. Stuffs are helpful and nice. The room is spacious (Deluxe Cottage). Due to the natural matter of Bamboo, woods and leaves, the room is quite old, mold and dusting. Damp and musty smell especially in the rainy season.
Rimkok Resort Hotel- Chiangrai-Thatorn Road
Very nice located at the river. Beautyful garden and pool-area. transport airport-hotel worked perfect and friendly. Also other hotel-staff were helpful and friendly. Room spacious, equipment all functional. Bathroom, particularly bath-tube quite runned down. Hot water barely sufficient and ventilation-system extremly noisy. Breakfast-buffet o.k. despite huge run by groups. Quality of other meals not more than average. Large carpet in the reception hall worn out and not very attractive.
S.B. Hotel- Muang
Very basic, you get what you paid for. The rooms were clean and the staff? You don t have to tell your room number for your key, because they recognize you. If you want a roof on your head and a clean good bed, don t hesitate! Oh one more thing.. The First hotel where the TV channels were working and also the remote control!
Starbright Hotel- Muang
Okey hotel, clean and with aircondition and room with good space, nice staff and the hotel is perfectly placed in the middle of the city.
Suanthip Vana Resort- Mae Suay
PERFECT PLACE!! Beautiful hotel with very friendly service. Great rooms and very nice surroundings. Loved the swimmingpool and the service from the staff is perfect!!
Teak Garden Spa Resort- International Airport Road
Wonderful place, although close to the airport it is very quiet, no disturbence by plane noise at all. Clean and well looked after, friendly staff, big rooms, definitely would stay there again.
Wang Thong Hotel Maesai- Chiang Rai
I got the same same room that I stayed 10 months before. Some renovations is going on - so could hear the sounds always. Room service - good. Neatness - good. Bathroom & Toilet - Good. AC - good. All good. Thanks Wang Thong hotel. Will definitely stay if I come there again.
Wangcome Hotel- Pemawibhata Road
This is the second time we have stayed at Wangcome Hotel and find it to be a very clean hotel. The staff are friendly and very obliging. Rooms are well furnished and clean. Breakfast could have a few additions to its Menu. Would recommend this hotel to anyone.
