Very friendly&nice staff. THB 1650.- (incl.ABF for 2) quite pricy
but good location, rooms newly furnished, comfortable and spotless
clean. But extra THB 500.- for extra-bed (matress on floor) WITHOUT
any breakfast not reasonable when promoted children up to 12 years
in same room free of charge ! |

The rooms are newly renovated and they look great!! The hotel is small
with only 7 rooms and great location (very close to the night bazar).
The staff is very helpful and nice, but the manager is another story,
probably a former tuk tuk driver that has been making a living out
of stupid tourists! If he wants his business to grow he should lighten
up a little and be thankful for his amazing staff. |

Great place. Nicely furnished and very comfortable. Situated at a
excellent location. The night market is just 2 to 3 minutes walk away.
Only wish that they have more channels available on the TV in the
room. |

A quiet, small, but comfortable hotel just 50 yards from the action
in Changrai. Pleasant staff, CNN & ESPN in rooms, and fast Internet
in rooms a bonus |

The hotel is in the middle of Chiang Rai and everything (night bazar
etc. ) is really close and in walking destination. Staff was nice.
BUT - we had booked there for two nights and checked out after one
night because there was a construction area right next to the hotel
and they were working the whole night. We were not able to sleep as
it was too loud. Nevertheless the hotel charged us two nights!! We
would not recommend this hotel at all, very dissapointed! |

It as a small hotel, only 8 rooms but they were very large. As the
hotel was located near the night bazar we did not have any trouble
for entertainment. The ABF was good en the staff very friendly. Other
meals were also of high quality. |

The hotel is clean, the staff is nice but it has a bad taste. The
owner is an American who trie dto take ideas from the US into a hotel
in Thailand and it turned out in a very bad taste for adornments in
the hotel. The other issue is the noises, you can hear noises very
easily in the room. Unfortunately when I stayed, someone took some
prostitues inside and you could hear the fake screams for two hours.
There are definately better choices in Chiang Rai. |

This boutique hotel is right in the middle of town. Very convienient
for food and transportation and of course very close to the night
market.Although it is a 4 storey shoplot,the hotel ambiance is excellent.Room
is very large, clean and comfortable. Met the American owner who is
very pleasant and friendly. The staff are helpful and reliable. Food
and service is excellent. They tried to provide as much comfort to
the customers which is good. Only one note to those having problem
to climb high stairs..they don t have elevator :) But never mind we
need those exercise sometimes. |

The hotel has a very central location, close to the nice nightmarket,
bustation and many restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The room
was clean and spacious but the aircondition made to much noice. Breakfast
was very good. I warmly recommend this hotel. |
