the strong point of the hotel: 1) very good mountain view from our room, especially at sunset; 2) very good river view from canteen; 3) very big, quiet, beautiful and well-designed compound; 4) spacious room, lobby... the weak point of the hotel: not as intimate as we expected; more suitable for conference etc, instead of individual trip;

This hotel is set in very luxurious gardens and is in a lovely peaceful setting. The hotel is in a quiet place right next to the River Kwai. The American breakfast (included) was really good, with lots of variety. We were very disappointed that the pool overlooking the River Kwai was green and was not suitable for swimming. Sadly this is typical of many Thai hotels. The service was very friendly and helpful. No gym and no spa!

Fantastic, mostly quiet hotel, located outside of town, with an incredible friendly an helpful staff and management. Have stayed here twice and if I am ever in the neighbourhood I will stay here again! In beatiful environment with kwai river view from some balconys. Close to Tiger temple, Saiyok waterfall,Erawan national park and Hellfire Pass. These sights are all worth a visit. Food fantastic as well and not expensive. Renting a minivan from the hotel to make excursions is a nice option even for people that do not go for trekking. Thanks to Mr Pangsith and the staff I give it my warmest recommendations.

Despite its location (37 Kms far away from the town centre!), the Pavilion Rim Kwai is still a very nice property with a good value for money, even if it is going down. Maintenance is really bad along the whole property. Totally unbelievable the front office staff: they don t speak a word of english or any other language but Thai...

This hotel is always a pleasure for us, we stayed there for the 4th time, even though it?s sometimes loud on weekends. The nearby Nichigo Golf Resort has one of the best golf course I know. We plan to come again.
