River
Kwai Village Hotel, Saiyoke
Hotel staff friendly, decent breakfast for Thailand. However, I would
not recommend this hotel for anyone who wishes to sleep in. They use
a very very loud phone to have housekeeping check the rooms for anything
taken out of the minibar upon check out. The phone in my hall (that
happned to be right next to my room) started to ring at 7 am. Finally
after a couple hours, I got up and took the phone out of the wall
and brought it into my room. ahh back to sleep |

Tranquil and picturesque setting, this hotel is a little of the beaten
track but worth finding. Really suited for activity type holidays
eg. white water rafting, quad bikes, trekking etc. Has a peaceful
atmosphere to relax in the evening. Room was basic but fairly clean.
Really wished we had stayed longer. |

i would suggest you to stay in their floatel/raft room. there s a
balcony at the back where you can really chill there.. if you ve time
try their ATV. You can drive through the jungle. If I had a longer
trip I would hire the ATV for two or three hours to look around in
the jungle. If you are choosing this resort, please help say sawadee
to their birds by the restaurant!! they will say the same to you! |

Stayed in the river wing of the hotel with a balcony overlooking the
River Kwai, room was clean and spacious although bathroom would benefit
from updating. The guide provided by the hotel for my tours was lovely
- helpful, friendly and informative. Would definitely stay here again. |
