Tres bon hôtel, accueil agréable et souriant. Sa position géographique sur les rochers lui donne un charme tout particulier, ainsi que l accès à la plage par le bateau, très romantique.

Excellent hotel,great views over Shark Bay.Staff friendly and helpful.Restaurant food good quality. Good snorkling off hotel beach/jetty. Beautiful pool with views over sea. Lots of steps as hotel is situated in cliffside. Regular free shuttle into town if required. Cannot fault the hotel. Loved it.

Jamhkiri hotel was excellent: meeting us from the catamaran jetty and providing good and flexible customer service. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Superb! A simple request form, with reservation verification by text and email - and it all worked, with a hotel representative meeting us on arrival.

It was honestly perfect! I personaly liked the fact that we could use the spacious outdoor pool 24/7 (and the view is fantastic). The service was attentionate and kind, the owner that was there seemed very concerned about the wellbeing of his staff and it showed on the atmosphere which was warm and peacefull. After having spent 4 days in this resort, the staff was able to notice my habbits after one day, and anticipated with giving me what I wanted without me asking for it. This kind of service is hard to find on Koh Tao, and now that I have found a real beautiful 5* resort with the expected 5* service, I will defenitly make this resort as my weekend break retreat/vacation...
Thank you to all the team and owner that were there helping to make my trip so pleasant and recourceful... see you again soon!

Beautiful small resort in the south of Koh tao. Very fine beach 5 min to go next to the resort. Deluxe Bungalows with 60-70 sqm and a nice balkony with
view over the bay. Friendly staff.
Many steps, not for older peoples.

We have spent the last 8 nights in the Jamahkiri resort and there is no doubt that it is the best holiday we ve ever had. We have been all over the world and stayed in some fabulous hotels but nothing comes close to the whole package that you get at Jamahkiri. We felt like we were in our own paradise everything was immaculate and the staff were wonderfully attentive and non intrusive. The accommodation was the best on the island without a doubt and our views were breath taking.The beach was less than 5 mins away on foot and was the best beach on the whole island (we looked)we only ever saw a maximum of 10 other people on the beach it was perfect and on our wedding anniversary the staff packed up a breatfast picnic for us to take to the beach with us. The pool and spa were fabulous and some days we were the only people by the pool, the diving was also great my husband had his own instructor for all 4 dives, great value for money.I can t reccommend this hotel more, it s an undiscovered secret that is outstanding in every single way! We can t wait to go back and already really miss being there!!

DO NOT STAY HERE
If you want any customer service do not stay here. If you want to Dive do not stay here. If you want to see anything of the island or want access to a decent restaurant stay somewhere else. Jamahkiri is beautiful but the management are arrogant dismissive and unhelpful. We suffered from flooded bathroom, nasty smells in the room the list goes on and no one was interested. Food was expensive and below average, and since taxi’s will not risk the dirt track which is the only access to Jamahkiri and the hotel shuttle service ends at 8 PM you have little choice, May be this is why the management don’t care as guest’s are considered a captive audience. After numerous complaints which were ignored completely we left after three days and found alternative, helpful accommodation at a fraction of the cost. We are very disappointed with our experience of Jamahkiri, it spoilt our holiday. If anyone would like additional feedback please email me at ad_scuba@yahoo.co.uk

Very, very beautiful, and the service is excellent...even though it takes too much time from you order food until its served... In addition there should have been more to choose from in the meny........
