Nice hotel but a bit away from the beach. The restaurant prices were
a bit too high and should be adjusted. |

Clean and very cosy room. Not nosy. Breakfast not so good. You must
always wait eggs, tomatoes, pineapple etc. The pool bar is very expensive.
The pool was not clean. Maby the water was. Good but something should
be done wiht the breakfast and the poolbar. |

Its a very nice hotel, clean and very nice rooms, not so big pool
but very nice. The breakfast was good but not so much...Bacon, eggs,
bread, pancakes, yoghurt.... Very nice staffs at the hotel...They
really do everything to make you have a nice stay. The bad thing with
this hotel is that its very far away from ao nang. You have to take
taxi two times a day if you want to go to the beach and eat with another
place than the hotel. Taxi is about 150 bath single way. ( 50 bath
per person) The hotel have free shuttle but bad times. 11 in morning
to the beach and 4 back again...I like the hotel but will never go
back because its so far away from everything. |

A really nice hotel if you are looking for simple accomodation. It
looks great but requires some basics to give a great service... Name
tags for the staff, they seem to work at least 12 hours a day and
there are only a few of them. Hot water in the wash hand basin a must....and
a few extra s like soap/facecloths etc wouldn t go amiss The breakfast
was dreadful, less than basic and always cold, the variety terrible.
The food in general very poor and slow to come, it took me an hour
to get my lunch and there was only 8 people in the restauarnt at the
time. Reception staff with a better understanding of the English language
is required as it was hard to get over what needed at all times...but
they are the nicest of people. The beds are lovely but face the wrong
way, much to my young daughters dismay, she is covered in bruises
from walking into the bow every day. The pool area...steps to the
main pool and seats at the pool bar lethal,a real hazzard as they
are covered in green slime. The pool was never busy, maybe beacuse
people use the beaches but also there was no ambience, the bar always
unmanned as the waiter had other jobs to do, looked just deserted
al the time, and this was peak season and the hotel fully booked.
I liked the hotel though, just needs some basic facilities to make
it a great hotel, Sue was delighful, so although a bit of a moan i
did enjoy my stay. For the cost of the roooms especialy at this time
of year it wasn t good value, location great the rest was way less
than expected. |

We have stayed in many hotels over the past 2 yrs in Thailand..from
the north to the south.. this is undoubtely the very best hotel..
new yes.. spotlessly clean. beautiful pool.the rooms and beds are
a dream..excellent food. free shuttle bus twice a day into Ao Nang.the
2 sisters Su and Apple who run the hotel work so hard to ensure your
stay is as near perfect as is possible...will recommend to our friends
and will certainly return on our next trip to Thailand. |

Loved the room, very spacious with a lovely day bed and balcony. The
breakfasts served was adequate. Its a nice and quiet resort away from
aonang town. Though it can get rather inconvenient to get in and out
of the resort cos you ve got to walk out to the main road to get a
tuk tuk to get into town. The nearest beach is about 800km away. A
huge disappointment was that the spa hasn t been built yet thus no
spa. And the pool bar was never opened during my entire stay. The
staff knew very limited english so it can be a little trying. Overall
a nice place to stay if you re prepared to travel everytime you want
to go out for food and supplies. |

Newly open when we arrived and there were som minor problems, the
staff except the owner had non or very little experience of hotel
and restaurantservice. Overall a very nice and clean resort and friendly
atmosphere. The beaches are a bit far away, but easy to reach with
mc or tuk-tuk. i can recommend this resort to people who want to have
a quiet stay. |
