nice place close to everything, clean, freindly staff, breakfast ok,
had better, would stay there again.only downs for me where the drain
in the shower smelled bad when in the shower, and air con was right
above the bed so it would get cold at night but if u turn it off its
hot.i stuck with cold.rooms were made well it was good.the restaurant
was good also.i spent many hours eating and drinking there.ps.the
cocktails werent too flash.i felt they were rushed. |

lovely rooms.I like the balcony so much.And the place is very convenience

Not worth the price paid. Had an upper floor garden wing (which is
supposed to be the newer wing!) double room. Black soot blowing out
from aircon to the bed and limescale covered showerhead and taps.
Towels are very bad quality or been washed thousand times and never
replaced. Not recommended for the price paid. |

My stay there was very pleasant. The free breakfast near the water
was nice.The room was classy near the garden and quiet. The room safe
is more difficult than most however solved with patience.the bed is
comfortable and tv good. I would reccomend this hotel |

hotel was in great location and close to the pier, markets, restaurants
and beach, however the room was not very clean. The bathroom had a
very bad smell and was not clean. We could not sleep with the air-conditioning
on as it had not been cleaned for a long time and was letting out
a lot of dust. The pool was also not very clean. The staff were very
friendly and helpful. |

If you re looking for a place on Phi Phi that is relatively inexpensive
(25 to 30 quid a night) with modern, clean and well equipped rooms,
in the heart of the action, yet with rooms far enough from the noise
to retreat to you want then look no further. Very friendly and competent
staff. I spent 3 nights there and fully intend to return. I actually
enjoyed my stay at here more than the 5 Star Sheraton in Krabi, which
I stayed in after leaving Phi Phi. |

Nice room, very good breakfast, pleasant staff. But it s hard to sleep
well at night because of all the drunk people screaming right behind
the walls. |

Its was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The only problem
I found with this hotel was the ants in the bathroom. Otherwise a
really nice place to stay at. |

Great hotel. the staff are very helpful. when we checkin out and there
was heavy rain, they help us to bring the baggage to the pier. and
not only that, he help us to find the boat to Phuket. it was our first
visit to Phi phi. and if we had chance to visit again we would stay
in this hotel. it s a pity for us not to try the pool tho . The hotel
even give a 10% discount for dinner at their restaurant, and their
price is also reasonable. |

Excellent location, nice and clean rooms(garden wing) and good breakfast
right at the beach. Small but nice pool area with lots of plants offering
shade from the sun. Very good price/quality ratio! This was my 3rd
visit in Banyan villa and defenately not last one. |
