We booked a room in the West Wing. There are no views, but there is
a small balcony. Room was clean with updated bathroom. Free beach
towels everyday was a bonus. Buffet breakfast was great and included
eggs, bacon, toast, yogurt, cereal, fruits, juice and a selection
of Thai food, just amazing. Pool was a bit disappointing as it was
small and only had 4 lounge chairs, which were always taken. Location
is great as you see it right when getting off the pier. |

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hotel is very central and good
value for money. The room was clean and quiet and within a few minutes
walk from the beach. |

very good hotel, very convenient to go to peer,the center location,room
is very clean with great sea view especially in sea view room.I recommend
this hotel and would like to go back again. |

Good location very near to the pier. just OK rooms, beach view but
apparently not much things can be seen. The breakfast was ok, the
price is ok also. The only dissapointing thing is THE SUPERVISOR of
the hotel, SHE THREATENED MY FAM for paying for extra bed, very UNPROFESSIONAL.
People please watchout if you r going to share 1 room with 3 person
(even with children), they will pretend that its ok when u checked
in but when u r checking out, you will be FINED and threatened to
call e police. PLease becareful. |

Great view from room 501. (sea view) Great stuff. Very clean. Good
breakfest. Good value for money. The only thing I missing was internet
connection. When I m back in Phi Phi I will take same hotel. |

The hotel is very clean, really European. If you can not stand the
thai style hotel you can stay there. |

The hotel is located in the heart of the village probably less than
100m from the main pier. I took advantage of the off-season rates
to stay in the Tonsai Suite. The additional window/balcony definitely
made for a roomy stay. The main balcony overlooking the bay was huge
and private but curiously there was no outdoor furniture. The room
was clean and bright with tiled floors. Comfortable bed. One feature
I liked about the bathroom was that the shower area was partitioned
by a frosted glass panel. The front desk staff were very friendly
and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a decent variety of items including
a omelette station and the pleasant dining area faced out onto the
pool. I was warned about ongoing renovations on the 4th floor but
the noise wasn t overbearing and it didn t start until 10 am. I had
an enjoyable stay and I d definitely stay at the hotel again the next
time I visit Koh Phi Phi. |
