Hotel was ok. Room was big and nice. Bathroom was large and spacious. We had a room with direct access to the swimming pool with jacuzzi, which is highly recommended. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful except female waitress who works at the breakfast buffe. Did not smile, slow and does not understand english at all. Breakfast buffe was very small and the food was awful. Food stand in the sun and the milk was warm. Cleaning was poor in the room. They promised free wi fi but sinal was very very weak so you have to buy expensive internet coupons 30 minutes for 80 baht! Because of the bonus night promotion was the value ok.

Good location,nice hotel service and excellent hotel facilities! You guys must try the Pool Access guest room as you need to pay a little bit more rather than choosing the superior rooms.Guess what?!You can just jump into the pool by opening the door and it s so relaxing!! I will choose to stay again!!

Very nice small hotel. Stayed for 14 days in studio room. Room was very bright with nice balcony with sea-wiev and everything we needed for our stay. The bathroom was big and with a nice rain-shower. Hotel staff was very friendly and always smiling.

Very nice design hotel with many facilities with good location. We really enjoied our stay. Helpful and kind staff. We were staying at a pool access room which we don t regret, it was awesome! Unfortunately the outside poolbar were not in use. The only thing that could be better is the dvd-facility. We were never able to borrow any dvds, because they were mysteriously gone the staff told us.

This was my 2nd hotel on my honeymoon in Krabi. I was to say that these are the few occasions that the actual hotel looks better than the pictures on the website!!! After my rather disappointing experience at Phra Nang Inn, I was extremely happy with everything at The Small Hotel. I took the honeymoon suite (pretty obvious choice seeing that we were on our honeymoon! :D) and the room was just awesome! Room was right at the end, giving us the privacy that newly weds required, and I loved the fact that the pool is a step off the sliding door! It s an awesome awesome boutique hotel, I highly recommend it and definitely would love to stay there again! And I have to mention the staff, who were very friendly and helpful, even when we had an issue with 1 of our tours, which we booked outside but the staff still sorted it out. Couldn t help but give them a big tip! Check the Hotel out!!!
