Excellent service by hotel staff, especially Farida the hotel manager,
who went out of her way to get us a huge discount on our island tour
[there were 9 of us]. Hotel rooms - spacious, very clean, good working
air con, and an extra touch with the towels folded in the shape of
an elephant s head Pool was smaller than what was featured on website,
however, sufficient for our use as there were not many people around.
There is a mosque nearby, we could hear the morning prayer call but
it didn t really bother us. Location - Ao Nang beach / center about
10 mins away by tuk-tuk. Can become quite expensive if you travel
back and forth twice a day, with 9 people [charge is 20 baht per person
per way]. Food - American breakfast, eggs, pancakes and toast were
fine, but I would avoid the ham and sausages... All in all - a great
experience for my family, with ages ranging from 8 to 75! |
