The
Verandah, Ao Nang, Phranang Bay
Location of hotel was good within walking distance to the beach and
restaurants. We were very satisfied with the room we had although
the hot water shower didn t work very well during our stay. Staff
are very friendly. |

The Verandah, Ao Nang, Phranang Bay
I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Verandah. Although it is a small
hotel but my stay there was very comfortable. Most importantly, my
room was spacious, clean & cosy. My room comes with a safe too to
keep all my important documents. Also very important is that the bathroom
was also clean. As with Thai hospitality, the staff was friendly and
helpful. The other plus point is its strategic location. It s only
5-10 minutes walk to Ao Nang beach and about 15-20 minutes walk to
the other side of Ao Nang town. One can easily take a 5-10 mins tuk-tuk
or songthaew rides to Klong Muang or Nopparatharat beach. One thing
to note is the hotel does not have an elevator since it s only 3 or
4 storey high. So guests with heavy luggages will find it a little
inconvenient. Just one block away, there is a row of bars & pubs which
stay open till past midnight. I could hear some faint music coming
from those bars but it did not bother me at all because the sound
was rather faint and I am not that sensitive to sound. |

Truely enjoyed my stay. 5mins walk to the beach. The staff needs to
smile more. Overall im satisfied with the service provided. |
