Nice hotel in the centre of Pattaya - make sure you get a map to it!!
We stayed 2 nights in a beautiful, very large and well laid out suite.
We had a room at the front which was noisy with passing traffic and
entertainment noise drifting up from the streets. It wasn t terrible
but be warned. Breakfast was included and that was NOT good and served
by staff who couldn t have cared less. I told the manager(?) and he
promised to do some thing about it!! I would stay here again. |

This is without doubt the most luxuriously appointed accommodation
in Pattaya. The rooms are taseful, comfortable and superbly equipped.
The staff are helpful (although in general the standard of English
is limited, so misunderstandings are to be anticipated). Two major
complaints: (1) There is a distinct lack of written information available
concerning in-house services. (e.g. Guess where the swimming pool
is, guess what number you could dial to find out!). In fact absolutely
nothing in the room to advise you anything about anything! (2) They
sold me an internet access package at Baht 250 for 10 hours useage.
It was absolutely use-less. Signal was continuously very low so that
it was not possible to access any webpage or even send or receive
an e-mail. I had to resort to a dial-up connection. My attempts to
complain about this were met only with smiles and shrugged shoulders.
Thie COULD be an ideal location for business travellers in Central
Pattaya, if only the trouble was taken to attend to the above two
issues. As it stands, the accommodation and comfort level is superb,
but anyone wanting to be able to easily conduct a little business,
which nowadays requires good internet access, will be sorely disappointed.
