Bay Hotel, South Pattaya Beach
Definitely the WORST HOTEL I have been in my life, - and I am a frequent
traveller, over 50 countries ! Staff is completely incompetent and
unfriendly, rooms, bathrooms and pool dirty, balcony furniture rotten,
sometimes no toilet paper, sometimes no towels, construction of bathroom
caused flooding every day! NO jacuzzi as promised, Spa closed all
the time, no bar, breakfast uneatable (the hotel manager had to be
asked, wether my son could get a juice instead of coffee, this took
15 min !) When we arrived, hotel dark, reception dark, No Sawadee,
no hello, no welcome. We felt, we bothered. Took ages to get a key
and the room. Room was directly over main entrance, no nice sea view.
Virtually ALL rooms in the hotel (but our and a second one) were empty
(room doors wide open). So we ask for a change of room several times,
offered to pay upgrade to a suite. The answer Sorry, we cannot chance,
fully booked !?? Where are your guests ? Playing golf ! All the nine
days we stayed there the hotel was no even booked by 25 % ! We asked
to talk to the owner, - she ignored us completely, not even a hello,
incredible ! Obviously this HOTEL DOES NOT WANT GUESTS !! We called
it ghost house , everything was so strange If you like I can mail
you some fotos I took. For your information : This Hotel spoiled our
vacations so badly, that I will use every internet hotel evaluation
site (in 5 languages)to recommend people NOT TO BOOK Pattaya BAY HOTEL
!! My recommendation : PLEASE, TAKE IT OUT OF YOUR PROGRAMM ! |

The hotel had high standard a was placed in a nice & quiet area. I
can recommend this hotel. |

Dear Sir Madam The hotel what you choise for me is like the grave,
after the sunsit full dark all over the hotel they are no any facilities
in the hotel even no even food service or person to ask about any
thing every thing out of life from the breakfast time to next day
breakfast. as mention that nice as grave only not for holiday.I check
out on 20/11/2006 not on 23 |
