The location of the hotel is very nice overlooking the bay. All in all, we enjoyed our stay, but found the staff a bit too relaxed; on some days the room was made in the late afternoon only, and some of the waitresses for breakfast were preoccupied with their make-up and the radio so that we had to help ourselves with tea and the like. Also, sanitary problems created terrible smells each afternoon, and the terrace for sun-bathing is not as well kept as you d expect for teh price you pay.

Very beautiful resort. The view is perfect. The Bungalow was clean, comfortable and beautiful. The pool was a little bit cold but ok. There is only a rocky-beach but you can walk to the next beach on a beautiful walkway through a little jungle. This beach is beautiful. It is sandy with some big rocks. Very less people on the beach. The only negative thing is that there are a lot of stairs. The resort is build on the hill, so you have to walk up and down a lot of stairs all the time. I counted 75 stairs to go down from the street to our bungalow and from there down to the beach about the same. For us it was not a problem, it is good for shape :-) It is a very good location for this price.

Very nice resort. Within a 5 minute walk to the beach. Quite a walk (20mins) to all the restaurants in Khao Lak.

The hotel is very good in all aspects. Price in comparison what you get is OK. Small disadvantage is the near main street . The cottages are appr.12m under the street so you can hear something from the big trucks. Despite of this I recommend this resort.

The place where nice and the staff was relly helpful and service minded. Our Bungalow smelled of ant or termit poison. See the bungalow before you move in.

An excellent bugalow hotel on the cliffs overlooking the Beach, very relaxing place. You can walk to the main beach during low tide or stay on the small private beach and t hebottom of the walkway. Great value! This was our second stay and will stay again next year.

What a place! Great views over the ocean and warm friendly staff. This is a great place to relax, read a book on the verandah of the villa, sip a drink and just chill out. The only problem we found was that the pool is not short people friendly . It is the same depth all over with no shallow end. It is a way from the town but we had a hire car so that was no problem. We love staying at this type of place. We find that guests that complain about the facilities don t stay long so we don t have to put up with their complaints. What cockroaches?

This place does exactly what it says on the label. The location is superb, the bungalows are beautiful with fantastic views, the staff extremely courteous and helpful, especially Natchakee, who became our friend during our stay. We have read some reviews which slate this hotel for having insects and reptiles on the premises - IT S IN THE JUNGLE FOR GOODNESS SAKE!!! If you want somewhere bug-free then book your holiday in a non-tropical country.

To be honest, we can only give this hotel a poor rating. Lots of stairs - no good for anyone with a disability, no beach to speak of and pool not cleaned too often. it is 1.5km out of town so a bit of an up hill hike in the heat for those who don t like exercise and don t want to spend money to hire a scooter. Also no helpful information in the room about services in or around hotel. Best of all though, if you love sharing your room, clothing and bed with giant cockroaches and ants this place is for you. For the price we paid, we were bitterly disappointed.. especially when it came to killing our 6th resident evil... (giant cockroach). After having 2 in my clothing I am now immune... Had much better stays at budget hotels. However, this is no reflection on the front desk and restaurant staff, they were always smiling and friendly.

Very nice location, good quality and standard of room and food. Service very good. Not a hotel for people who have problems with stairs.... a lot of them! Not suitable for famiys with kids who need access to beach. I would defenetly stay here again.
