Diamond Cliff Resort & Spa, Phuket, Thaiand Rooms were good but the staff are very arrogant. The check-in lady was very arrogant and indifferent. She only spoke about what is free and what is chargeable. The hotel could not provide me with a cab after checkout. Nor did the bellboy help to load the luggage in the car. The rooms are no doubt very good but the staff are the spoilers. Overall, I do not reccomend that you stay in this hotel specially after the price you pay you deserve more royalty.
