Beach Inn, Naga Road
Terrible customer service, the front desk were useless. We couldn
t even make a phone call from our room or from the front desk, for
that matter. Our room had two single beds (which is not what we booked).
We tried to find alternative accomodation but everywhere else was
full. The taxi the front desk arranged for us were going to charge
us a ridiculous amount to get to airport, even though we asked for
a meter taxi. We left and found one ourselves. We would never stay
at this particular place again due to the appalling customer service. |

Great place very friendly staff always willing to help. Kamala Beach
is still in the repair process so lots of building work but a great
place |
