Not al all satisfied very noisy as they have band palying loud music
every evening thus we could not get a good nights sleep. Not golod
value for the money |

found the kata garden resort to be very nice. great pool, lovely bungalows
and gardens, very helpful reception and good breakfast. would reccomend
to anyone. |

The hotel is ok. Location: good, close to Kata and Karon beach. Rooms:
just ok, no TV, basic bathroom. I liked the garden. Breakfast was
very basic.Swiming pool is small but nice. One red flag: the pick
up service didn t pick us up at the airport because our flight was
delayed by 6 hours and arrived at 3am instead of 9pm. In our plane
all pickup services picked their customers up except us. And we had
no refund for the 1200 Bath payed in advance. We had to pay another
pickup service for the transfer. |

We stayed in the Standard Fan room, that is very basic:twin beds,1
fan,1 very small guardrobe,1 very old and not so clean bathroom with
cold shower (problems with the pipes).Towels were changed every day.
They give 2 bottles of mineral water per day.It is better if you bring
your own shower soaps, shampoo and soap because they give you the
second-hand one. The location of the hotel is very good: on the street
(little bit noising)with many shops and restaurants, but with many
vegetation. The main beaches are closed, but is better if you rent
a motorbike to go around. The service was good and the employes were
very kind and nice. Breakfast: not very reach but very good: eggs
(cooked in different styles), bacon, potatos (every day different
style cooked), vegetables, bread, croissants, pancake, no yogurt,
6 different kinds of fresh tropical fruit.The price was reasnable
so we think was ok. |

The staff were lovely, but sadly we had a serious rat problem (scraping
all night long in the walls and I fear the drain as well). There was
a fun cover band that played each night whichstopped being fun when
we were trying to sleep and they played past 1am and the music was
too loud to escape (even though our room was quite a distance from
them). Buffet breakfast was good, and the location was great. Lots
of shops and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, quite a walk to the
beach, but a nice walk. We had 8 people in our group, and 4 of them
had no problems, the other four will remember the rats (not so bad
when you use a baggage tag to tape up the hole). |

Very simple rooms DONT leave any valuables in the room they stole
my international sim card & small change from trouser pockets !! Simple
breakfast & loud music until the small hours !! |

First room: telephone doesnt work, cupboard is broken, and the sound
of knocking every 30 minutes from nowhere. Second room: Much better
in quality but the toilet doesnt flush. I dont think am going to go
back to this place. It s more like a forest than a garden, creepy..

We were very happy with the resort. The staff were very friendly and
the accommodation was of a good standard. However,it was obvious that
maintenance of the bungalows was not as timely as it should be. One
wonders what the standard of the bungalows will be in ten years time
if the current maintenance policy is not improved. |

The room was not well maintained. The paint was peeling off of the
bathroom walls and there were termite runs all over the wall. We changed
hotels. |

We stayed here the three first nights when we arrived to Phuket. Perfect
starting point of the holliday. The rooms are ok and walking distance
to Kata and Karoon beach. We tryed some restaurangs in Kata and the
best food was served on the hotel restaurant. Service from staff ok. |
