Neptuna Hotel, Patong Beach
Perfect location except that the hotel is next to a SOI with many
beer bars...so very noisy till late (i.e. 4 am). Nicely decorated
room. Forget about the really poor swimming pool since it has nothing
in common with the picture. Poor breakfast...and the worse is that
you are given toilet paper for your mouth. Staff is not really friendly.
Conclusion : search for another hotel. |

The staff were all very friendly and helpful , and the room was fine
, but I was I think unlucky to stay while big renovations were being
carried out.The pictures on this website are not really representative
of the hotel as it is now especially the swimming pool which is really
small , but overall it is good value for money , and I would recomend
it to anyone wanting to stay in the heart of Patong. |

The hotel was a great value. The room was large and clean and the
staff was friendly. The room had a full mini bar. The location is
just a block off Bangla Road for those who want to enjoy the nightlife.
It is a 5 minute walk to the beach. One warning in the noise. The
location of the hotel near the nightlife and discos is quite noisy
until 4-5 am most nights. If you are not in Phuket for the party scene
this hotel might not be a good choice. If you want to be in the heart
of the action this hotel will serve you well. Location and price can
t be beat. |

Good Hotel! Even it is at center of Patong Beach but very quiet at
mid-night. The room is OK for the resonable price, staff are very
friendly. Recoomended!! |

Super location, good and clean good sized room with pleasent staff
and reception. I prolonged my stay 3 nights, and would love to come
back. The shower in the bathroom could be a bit more sophisticated
though. |

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! We thought all was fine until we returned
lback late one evening to find a sign at the desk saying half time
rooms available ie this was a knocking shop! Also the rooms smelled
of damp and looked nothing like the pictures. Reception staff also
unfriendly. I definitely would not go back |

The most friendly staff I have encountered in any hotel around the
world.The rooms are good value for money and the central location
makes access to the main nightlife a breeze. The only problem is the
new bars and disco next door but only if you are not a party goer. |

Big rooms and really helpful staff. The wet bathrooms are bit of a
turn off but over all absolutely great service and good value. Close
to everything too. |
