Great position 30 meters off main patong beach road in the middle
of patong beach through clothing alley road (stall holders didn,t
bother us when they new we were stopping at patong villa) away from
night life, friendly and helpfull staff |

phone a taxi because they had own taxi-service(which was 2 times so

we have stayed at many hotels during our 16 visits to patong,our four
weeks at the villa was so enjoyable,ok, its not posh,but the rooms
were clean,the service excellent,and the staff were delightful especially
the boss lady who went out of her way to make sure every guest was
happy and we were,thank you all for a lovely holiday we will be back |

It was our honeymoon I got disappointed when I saw the room it wasn't
to the standard as what we paid for.. We changed the hotel the same
night.. I would not recommend it to anybody! |

nice place. No problems and located close to beach and bangla road.
Only annoying thing was you have to pass by 10 or so vendors each
time you come and go from hoteland they always try to get you to stop
and look at their wares. Other than that it was good. |

We had a very nice suite about 50 square metres. Very good value for
the money. The staff were very nice and helpful. The breakfast as
in many other hotel in Thailand was ok but not more. The location
is in the centre but no disturbance from traffic or the night life.
We recommend the place if you would like to stay close to athe centre. |

I did not like this hotel at all....booked a poolside room and they
stuck me way in the back dark alley...breakfast was the worst food
i ever ate....please help yourself by not booking here....yikes |

pleasant, helping and wanting to please their guests. The rooms were
