Royal Crown Hotel, Patong Beach
Please stay away ??? What a nightmare, we were a group of 8 , there
is no security , doors does not lock , elevator out of order, internet
out of order ,and it is not a save hotel , Please do not consider
the Royal Crown?? . We stayed on the 4th floor , and was burglared
while sleeping , lost all our money and the hotel manager did not
even pitch , even after numerous attempts to see him. The police was
helpfull but we think that the case would not be resolved. Contact

The hotel had arranged the pick-up service which was on time. We stayed
on the bungalow and it was very nice. Royal Crown offers good service
and is a good value for money. The staff were very helpful. One incident
which I want to share with you is the hotel staff are very honest
and sincere. We had left our bag in the restaurant by mistake. It
had clothes,money and some important documents. When we realised we
had lost our bag,we contacted the hotel staff after 8 hours. They
returned us the bag and we did not loose anything. I was very impressed
by their honesty. I recommend that this is the best place to stay. |

We have stayed in Phuket every year since 1990, and this year it was
so hard to leave. We spent a month at Royal Crown Hotel Patong. It
was the best holiday ever. Thanks to the beautiful people who work
at this hotel. We stayed in the main building on the 3rd floor overlooking
the Anderman sea and mountains, it was truly beautiful. Although this
is not a five star hotel it was very comfortable and clean, with the
nicest staff you will ever meet any where in the world. The price
was right and we will definitely be returning yet again. |
