Sugar Palm Kata Resort & Spa, Kata beach
This hotel is in a ideal location for all things in Kata beach 2 mins
stroll to beach and restaurants and shops. Hotel room very spacious
balcony overlooking very nice pool and reception area can not fault
anything about hotel would recommend to anyone wanting good
accommodation at a great room rate

The hotel is nice but it shows that they don t keep up with
renovations. The staff was mostly helpful but at check-in they delayed
us for almost an hour, and at check-out thay had charged us for items
in the minibar that we had not taken and they refused to admit that
they had made a mistake. The receptionists were VERY RUDE!!!
Also, the pool-access rooms have no steps or ladder from the terrace so
if you re not young and fit you should not expect to be able to get
back onto your terrace directly from the pool. About 1,5 meters deep
closest to the terraces.

Not happy at all as my bag was detained from me for 20mins while they
checked my room and the lady on the front deak was not helpfull at all
plus I was treated in a threatning manner and almost missed my
flight.The taxi driver was upset over being held up for 20min which
made it an unpleasent experiance.I would not recomend this place to
anyone if they retain the same staff.

hotel sans charme beton pure jolie piscine personnel d?sobligeant une
catastrophe tr?s bien a partir de 60 ans meme a 2 vous aller vous
ennuyer et le wifi ne fonctionne pas nullepart a bonne entendeur. didier

Das Hotel genuegt nicht den Anforderungen von mir.bin maslos
enttauescht ..Die Dusche war defekt..sagen wir mal verstopft mit etwas
..glaube ich Kalk,Dreck,oder auch Pilze.\r\nIch habe auch wegen dem
Zimmer reklamiert,der Boden war voller Cafe,Tee,Cola Flecken...ein
graus zum rauf laufen.habe es an der Reception gesagt,3mal ..bin ein
Tag frueher abgereist/ich wuerde das hotel nicht empfehlen.\r\ntis
Hotel is not clear..baeee

Nice place with good quiet location near the beach. Friendly and serviceminded staff.
Bathroom a bit dirty on shelves and mirror. Otherwise very nice room with direct access to the pool - that was great!

Good location, close to both centre and beach. Rooms are classy, fresh
and clean and service is good. Only downside of the room was the cold
water. Pool area is good as well, and overall you get a high class
hotel for a not so high price, totally worth it and probably the best
choice around Kata Beach.

Swift check-in/out. Hotel and room well maintained and in excellent
location on Kata beach. Highly recommended for the rates paid.
