Lovely hotel situated on quiet Surin beach. Beach and surroundin area
is dirty and not very nice. We stuck to hotel. Rooms are very large
with good facilties. Slides were great fun for all ages. Food in restaurant
was lovely. buffet and breakfast beautiful. Beware of all the bugs
which appear from everywhere at night |

Hotel itself needs a bit of TLC but the rooms were a lovely size.
Staff were great, especially with the kids. the slides and pool were
a big hit although some users had little regard for others using it!
Slides are for sliding not sitting at the bottom chatting! Our only
moan would be that the TV in the room was very hit and miss some nights
there were channels to watch and others nothing.We would go back to
this resort so that in itself says it all! |

We had a very nice stay at Surin Beach Resort. The hotel restaurant
was good. And the service provided by the staff was 1?st class. We
had a studio room which was very nice, and the shower cabin was big,
so we enjoyed taking showers. The only negative part was that the
pool only was 1.30 meters deep, but the pool area in general was great
- with 2 slides that can make even two grown up?s laugh :oD If we
ever comes to Phuket again we would like to stay at Surin Beach Resort
again. And we also liked the area in Surin Beach - nice and peaceful.
Guess that it must be paradise for families with children !!! |

I would rate this hotel as a 3/4 star quality.It is very smart and
clean. Ideal for the people who are having there first holiday abroad.
The rooms were above average rating for size,euipment and cleaness.
All the staff were very friendly and helpful. |

The hotel was very nice everything we needed we found except for dipers.
The staff was very friendly and polite. We had a problem though in
the appartment above ours some other guests woke up at 6 and they
wasnt very quiet in fact they wasnt quiet at all. So we woke up at
6 o clock three mornings which isnt a time I go up even when I work.

The hotel has a very small and pathetic frontage. We had our rooms
on the ground level and constantly there was a strange and foul smell
around the resort environment, probably near a buffalo field. The
front desk staff were courteous but could not really understand english.
The staff at the Nakoh restaurant were not too service orientated
and not eager to serve and very disappointed with their western meals.
Breakfast Coffee is too diluted. Overall comment.. good for families
with young children only, as the pool area is well designed with slides.
The standard rooms are quite small and the tap has extremely LOW PRESSURE!!
Really hated to shower in their bathrooms. |
