the hotel is on a very remote spot of the island, the beach(es) are
very clean and ther water absolutely clear! You find everything you
need in the cottages, big bed, very smooth A/C and TV, but only Thai
language, no news in english, but HBO movies. The staff is friedly
but speak little english only. Food is good. Thai kitchen.

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had in any hotel. The
staff were not in any way helpful, and really just rude. The beachfront
cottage I paid more for was actually a dirt path front cottage that
overlooked steep jagged rocks then water. There is no actual sand
that you can lie down on anywhere on the property. The website boasts
Thai massage yet I was told it wasn t possible because their masseuse
was on vacation during peak season. The actual cottage could have
been perceived as charming, had they bothered to clean the disgusting
bathroom or even just used clean linens. The pool is large enough
for about four people, provided they weren t interested in swimming
laps. Did i mention its an above ground model? Lastly, if you did
happen to book here, don t plan on seeing the rest of the island,
eating anywhere but the hotel(that only serves Thai beer, limited
soft drinks and fruit juice), lying on the beach, or booking any sort
of fishing trip without a 40 minute, 600 Baht(one-way) taxi ride on
one of the worst roads I ve ever seen. I can only be happy that I
only paid for two nights, the second of which we didn t bother staying.
Koh Samet is an absolutely beautiful island with much to offer, don
t book at Nim-ma-no-ra-dee!

The rooms were lovely, very clean and the air con was very efficient.
The views were spectacular, the staff very friendly and helpful. Food
was simple, but good, and there was plenty of choice. The beach is
not the best on the island - very small and quite rocky, but much
better when the tide is in. We would definitely return, as it s so
peaceful.

I ve just visited this resort and as far as thai resorts go I would
say this place is disappointing. The price was more expensive than
other resorts of a similar standard on Koh Samet. The rooms are quite
nice, individual modern huts with TV, fridge and air conditioning.
The connecting toilets and showers are ok, they could be cleaner and
there were a lot of ants. The service was below average from the initial
greeting when we arrived by boat to the waitresses in the restaurant.
Maybe this is a little fussy but no offer to help carry our bags was
made and the girls in the restaurant seemed more keen to sit and gossip
rather than pay attention to customers waiting to make orders. The
restaurant food is average, they offer a range of thai dishes although
the prices are steep, starting at about 80 baht up to about 300 baht.
They are not generous with the size of the meals for the price. This
resort advertises rooms as beach front or seaview. Well the beach
is non-existant and most of the rooms are rock front. The photo s
on there website show the beach at high tide. The beach is extremely
rocky and when we were there no attempt had been made to clean the
rubbish that had been washed up onto the beach/ rocks. You cannot
see the sun set in the west from the resort, you need to walk across
the rocks to the most westerly point of the bay if the tide permits.
Overall I would not recommend this resort unless you like rocky beaches.
It s seclusion is not a positive. The beach and resorts on Ao Wong
Deuan are of better quality.

A lovely secluded place at the end of the island. Wonderful service!
I a great place for a week end get-away. Quiet and peaceful on a lovely
cove. suggest using the speed boat to arrive and depart as it is a
long way from the main pier on Koh Samet. Also far from shopping and
night life if that is of interest. A perfect spot if want to get want
to just kick back and enjoy a relaxing time! We would go back again

The hotel staff were very accomodating and friendly and the resort
was beautiful and off the usual tourist route so relaxing and private.
The food at the restaurant was excellent and my stay was excellent
value for money.
