Not bad. The sea water is clean and a way better than in Pattaya. Swimming pool is relatively small, but clean. Lots of sun beds and lots of people this time of the year. Good breakfast, good room. The negatives: overpriced restaurant, the room facing the wall between the hotels. The hotels to the right and to the left are Thai places with parties and karaoke people screaming like wounded animals. This ends around 9.30 but still it is not nice experience.
Nothing around, 3 nights is the maximum stay there for us.
We are expatriats so we drove from Bkk. Driving is 4 hours with lunch but we missed the turn and it came to 4.45.
Will try this place one more time during the low season. |

We had a pleasant stay, friendly staff, clean rooms and nice food (especially the Italian restaurant). A baby cot, as promised, for our 10 months granddaughter was somehow forgotten, but the parents managed, as she was sharing their double bed. |

The hotel is little bit old and the room was not very clean. As the Novotel seems to work very well with big groups, especially companies seminars and team buildings, the staff doesn t make any extra effort to be polite or helpful. |

Great hotel, huge and beautiful garden, suitable for families with small children. Nothing much around, but plenty to do inside the hotel. Would go again. |

Cooool! I like this hotel. It s not expensive. They have many accomodations. I like Jacuzzi but i think it s too small. The breakfast is quite good. |

Very nice hotel, good location on the beach which is nice but outside the hotel area there was really nothing to see (street side), just a couple of local restaurants only. We did try both the restaurants and they had good and tasty food allthoug they didn t look very welcoming. The beach is nice and has some local bars with local food. The hotel has nice cafeteria and the spa did a good pedicure. If you look for peace and quite, this is the place.

Hotel is very good, staff very friendly and food is good. I read earlier reports about Karoke next door, lack of sun beds, etc and none of these concerns are valid today. The only thing I would like at the hotel is to have a nice bar where people can go and relax and chat in the evening. What they have is linked to the restaurants and not ideal to relax. The main concern is the area, there is not much to do there and once you have had your meal in the evening, that s it - I have never had so many early nights. The gardens of the hotel are fabulous and the gardeners must be applauded for such a result. Hotel is great for a short stay or if you are a dedicated sun worshipper. Try and go for an upgrade to a suite, I paid 1500 Baht extra a night and it is really worth it, huge balconey, big sitting room, big bedroom, large bathroom, two TVs, twin AC. Colin Lawrence |
