Cliff Resort, Koh Samet, Noi Na Beach
The Samet Cliff Resort was a big FRAUD. what I saw on the net was
not there that was something else not even close to it. I was very
dissapointed, with the accomodation therefore didn t stayed there
not even one night, of corse they haven t reteruned any of my money.
I suggest to everyone not to go there !!! |

The resort s pool and beach area were under construction - bit noisy
all day. The beach is rather smallish. Far away from main beach (+-
3 km), so motorbike rental is a must. Staff speaks very little English.
Altogether there are better choices on the island for similar price.
Restaurant was surprisingly good and fair priced although breakfast
was boring. |

Samet Cliff Resort, Koh Samet, Noi Na Beach
I am sorry to say that Samet Cliff Resort was extremly expensive and
we did not get much for the money. It was dirty and lots of garbidge
all over the hotel area. We don?t ask for much only a clean hotel
ans nice staff but... NO! 12 500 b for three nights... not worth the
money! Breakfast was not nice either. We had a great time and other
wonderful places we stayed at but we can not recomend Samet Cliff
Resort. |

Samet Cliff Resort, Koh Samet, Noi Na Beach
We stayed in the Samet Cliff Resort for 3 days. The rooms were basic
with the main essentials but very clean. The bungalows looked out
onto the sea with some great views,if you are looking for peace and
quiet this is the place to stay. |

Samet Cliff Resort, Koh Samet, Noi Na Beach
Had 2 bungalows that suited our needs perfectly. One road around the
island so need motorbike, ATV or taxitruck to get around. Some bars
& food joints a couple of kilometers down the road. No beach when
tide was in and about 2 feet of beach when it wasn t. Water did not
look as clean by the hotel as it did in other locals. Restaurant had
tasty dinners that were a little pricey for Thailand. Breakfast was
the basics. Staff helpful and polite. Chartered a fishing boat for
a resonable price but found out the fish are so small you don t need
poles. We found it best to walk 100 meters down the road to rent jetski
s, motorbikes, etc. Transportation from Rayong pier to hotel was excellent.
All other hotels were booked so this was a last resort booking. I
would try for a more expensive hotel closer to the public beach next
time. |
