The hotel is very clean & peaceful. The price also reasonable. Only
the weather is too hot and is advise to stay with air-cond.The reception
also friendly and helpful. |

we booked for 7 nights and we just stayed 1 (pay attention, for the
early check out they charge a night more!). The location is absolutely
worse than we thought reading comments of other guests and the prices
are not good value at all! we had been able to find a bungalow on
the beach much more bigger than the room were we stayed (very small!!!
and sad) in Baan Rom Mai and for the same price if not less!!anyway
it s clean and the staff is nice. |

I have stayed here twice now & I would definitely recommend it. Rooms
are very clean & staff are very friendly & helpful. Only 5 min walk
to centre of town & to the beach. |

Very nice place to spend a few days at. Get a bungalow as they are
better than the other rooms with a great garden in front. The place
surrounding the rooms is kind of shabby but it s such a reasonable
price that you overlook this. It s literally a minute to the beach
and 5 minutes (with a motorbike) to the center. Reception girl is
very sweet and helpful. Would go again. |

I stayed a week in this hotel. Staff were very friendly. It s only
2 minutes to a nice part of the beach. And only a 10 min walk(walknig
very slowly!!) to central CHaweng(by road or beach). Really enjoyed
it and would definitely stay there again. |

les chambres sont bien et propres l endroit est calme il faut avoir
un scooter car c est assez loin du centre (25 minutes a pied environ)prix
assez elevé et impossibilite de negocier meme au bout de 11 nuits
que j ai passé la bas! mon voisin payait 100b de moins que moi pour
la meme chambre!! |

My husband and I loved this quiet homely hotel. Beautiful gardens
surround the inn. Away from the noise of main street Chaweng, but
only a 5 minute walk to town to all the action. Perfect! We d definitley
stay there again. |

The hotel was very good. The bungalow rooms were clean and the staff
very friendly. As it was north of Chaweng Beach, it was a lot quieter
which was a good thing at night especially for the children. I d stay
there again if I ever visit Koh Samui again. |
