Chalet, Chaweng Beach
We were very happy to stay at Chaweng Chalet and the staff were very
freindly and helpful, always smiling! The chalets were very clean,
nice, freindly, cosey and everything were more than ok! We would like
to visit again sometime! |

i did not stay at the chaweng chalet because the hotel management
did not honor my reservation. they allowed other guests to stay later
and then tried to have me stay next door at an inferior hotel thinking
i would not mind. they had the reservation early and were just trying
to take advantage of a tourist. i have stayed at this hotel before
and i liked it. but management seems to have no respect for its customers.

No,No, No. The first thing you see is a construction site, which you
have to walk through with your luggage to get to reception. The reception
recieved was extremly rude. Firstly, they claimed not to have a room
(even though we had a reservation) , then after a long wait they finally
agreed that we had a room booked. Then we had to walk through the
construction site again, to get to the room. Our bags got very dirty.
We will not be returning again and i strongly recommend no one else
does. What really put us off is the fact that you have to walk near
rusty nails on the ground, to leaveenter the hotel. |

I was dissapointed with the hotel. It did not match the pictures on
the website. I take some of the blame for not checking the hotel amenties
more. It did not have a pool or any resort type facilities. I ended
up staying at a different hotel. |

Chaweng Chalet provided a beautifully decorated room with a minibar.
The resort s bar was right along the beach and fire dancers performed
every night. The staff of the resort and the bar were friendly and
helpful. |
