A real budget hotel,all staff friendly Location very good and pre
peak rates was good value for money for location. Very dated,windows
didnt close/lock so security always an issue,however safes,were available
in reception. |

It was a very nice hotel with 7 Eleven just right beside and 2 mins
walk to Chaweng beach. Staff very friendly and provided excellent
service. Strongly recommended to those who wish to travel to Koh Samui |

Friendly, helpful staff. Room felt a bit damp and mildewy. Vile rank
smell from drains in bathroom. Bathroom tap contstantly dripping.
Other rooms in hotel seem ok - maybe just this one? |

Good value for money here. We got a roadview room, which may not be
to recommend for a family with small children as us, since the noice
from the street is loud. The place is fairly clean and staff friendly. |

The hotel is good value for the price you pay. The room is clean and
everything works in the room and bathroom. Location is good too. The
man (manager?) at the reception is very kind. The day before i checked
out i asked for the bill because i had to check out early. The complete
room rate was on the bill and i told the manager it has been paid
at booking time online by creditcard to WEB SAWADEE. He checked the
computer and half hour later (i did some shopping)he told me everything
is OK and excused himself. I ve paid for the minibar cash next day
when i checked out. But a few days later i saw on the internet that
my credit card has been charged for the room rate on that same day
(the day before check out)this time on name from the hotel and i even
didn t use or show my creditcard. In the meantime i m in the noth
of Thailand and i couldn t call the hotel because the number i ve
got is not ok. So i ve send email to WEB SAWADEE (today 2007-02-01)
and hope for the best. If they solve this problem correctly i will
be so fair to send a review about it too. |

good hotel for the price,2mins from the beach staff were very helpful
and desk is manned 24hrs.chaweng was too busy for me very crowded
main street so i left after 4 days and headed west,much better |
