My Boyfriend and I stayed there for two nights in Double/Fan bungalow for 400B per night. It s very basic. But you get what you pay. It s a OK choice for Low budget travellers. It has a bed, a cabinet for clothes, and a little bathroom. you get only a roll of Toilet tissue, nothing else in the room. The drinks from the bar is more expensive from stores outside. If you go out to the main road, which is approxi 1min walk, you can buy a bottle of water for 6B in 7-11. It s 10B in Green Villa. There is no activity going on in Green villa at night, I mean, no party or music or anything. Very quiet, only the owner and his two friends drinking and talking and watching French TV there during night. one night, there was someone talking outside our bungalow, we guessed they were looking for their bungalow but could t see the room number. Anyway, I wouldn t go back there if I go to Samui.Green Villa is not bad, but I believe there are better choices that i should try.

I was not really comfy in the room there. It was small, holes in the doors and floors to allow mozzies in to bite you all night. The photos on the site do not really show how run down these bungalows are. Across the road you can get a really tidy room for 400Baht. Directly across the main road there is a restaurant with a sign for bungalows. Just go in and ask there and you will get a good room for the same price.

this is a bungalows style complex, with a nice garden and a pool in the middle, close to white sand beach (but not by the beach), located in a very quite road. The accommodation of the Fan bungalow is basic but cozy and comfortable!

We had one night at standard fan bungalow which was cheap but also very primitive. After that first night we moved to the superior bungalows. This was very nice. They clean every day and give you clean towels every day. There are only 14 bungalows, which makes it a nice quiet place to stay. The staff was friendly and kind.

We had a bungalow with aircon. very nice and quiet. Good food at the reastaurant, the manager was not so serviceminded, but still i strongly reccomend this hotel. Right now we are staying in Phi Phi Islands and to get same standard you will have to pay about 2200-2500 baht/night.

Our stay at Green Villa was fantastic, the staff are VERY friendly and speak french too!(hello everybody over there!) The a.c(recommended) bungalow was perfect(clean sheets and towels every day)Good rates + including breakfast. Nice trees and flowers around the pool and bungalows. Internet access just across the small street. The beach is not to far using the same small street. The bonus too, was the great weather we had all week and so much stuff to do on the island! Rent a scooter and enjoy... We will return to G.V in Ko Samui for sure!

Basic but very comfortable. A very freindly and helpul staff. The staff react instantly to any issues that you might have and very flexible. The beach is just a few meters walk. There is a 7/11 store just a few meters away on the main road for your daily or urgent supplies. The pool is good relaxing area. The advantage is that there are not too many rooms for the space to get overcrowded. You feel like you are always sitting in your own space without much attention to others around. The Lamai Beach market is very close by as well. You could walk it up or rent a bike which the hotel will happily arrange for you. It was a beautiful expereince for me and I will surely come back here again. Thanks to Green Villa my first visit to Thailand and Koh Samui has been excellent.

I booked a room for my daughter and myself in early October for December. We arrived late in the evening and we given a small, shoddy room, sharing one bed with no place to put our things. A family of chickens lived under our bungalow and woke us up very early. When we complained, excuses were made, but no attempt was made to refund our 4 day deposit. The fan bungalows are shoddy, buggy and not comfortable. Air circulated very poorly. I later stayed in cheaper places that were plain, clean and fine. The pool was miniscule. The owner, while pleasant, got up late and his safe was only accessible when he woke up. No recommendation.

Nice and calm resort in a good and quiet place near the beach. We stayed in a standard bungalow the two weeks; very cheep, but quite OK. Cleaning every day. Not too near to the beach and city, nor too far from them. Via the beach about 10 minutes walk to the city (15 via the street). But only some minutes to the nearest shops and many places with good and cheep thai-food. Try even them used by local people, itīs worth. The cocks disturbed our sleeping a little early some mornings (4-5 am), but no problem, otherwise right quiet. The owner and his staff very friendly and hospitable. Thanks!
